Yes. We coordinate appointments through a nationwide signing network, subject to coverage, the type of transaction, and the requirements of the state where the signing takes place.
Do you handle scanbacks and original documents?
Yes, when requested. Please specify which pages or full package must be scanned, the scanback deadline, and the approved delivery instructions for originals so we can confirm the scope before assignment.
Can a signer book a closing directly?
A signer can contact CMD to discuss availability, but the title company, lender, attorney, or other document provider should authorize the assignment and supply the closing package and instructions.
How are fees determined?
Fees depend on the appointment location, package and scan volume, printing, timing, travel, delivery requirements, and any special requests. CMD confirms the final fee before the order is assigned.
